SAVING STREAMED VIDEOS

VideoCacheView is an amazing software to save the streamed videos from browser. When we play or stream the videos in the browser, it will be temporarily saved in the temp folder in windows, which can be opened by entering "%temp%" in start menu.

How to save cached videos?

  • Install VideoCacheView by downloading it from here DOWNLOAD
  • Make sure that the webpage in which the video is streamed isn't closed
  • Open VideoCacheView

  • Find the video file you streamed by sorting them according to "last Modified date"

  • The file on the top of the list is probably the video you streamed, verify this by playing it.

  • Now you can save the file to your hard disk by right clicking and selecting "copy selected files to.." or by pressing F7

  • Choose where to save the video file and click OK.
