IDM CRACKING

                        Internet download manager is the best download manager i have ever used, but its not free and the cracks found on internet are full of viruses and malware and in most cases they don't work. In this post i'm gonna show you how to crack the IDM manually.

Introduction

                        when we enter any website address in a browser, the website address is converted into an ip address by connecting into DNS server. for example when we enter google.com, it is converted into something like 173.194.36.4. But before connecting to DNS server to get this ip address, it checks the file called host file present in our computer to see if the address entered is in our local system. If found, it doesn't connect to the DNS server.

wondering why am i telling all this in idm hack?

 Here's the thing, when we use some key in idm, it connects to the idm server and check if the key is valid and not registered by anyone else. If the key is found to be registered by someone else, it will cancel our registration. Now if we make the idm not connect to the idm server, our idm remains genuine.

                               Lets see a practical example, say the idm connects to the idm server using the address internetdownloadmanager.com, which resolves into an ip address. we can check this in the command prompt using ping command.

From the ping output its clear that the internetdownloadmanager.com got resolved into an ip address 184.173.188.104
                 Using the host file we can assign an ip to this address and make it loopback in our system.

How to crack

               For editing the host file go to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" and open "host" file with notepad or just run the following command in start menu
                                          notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\host

you'll see something like in the image below.

Now paste the following text in the notepad

127.0.0.1 tonec.com
127.0.0.1 www.tonec.com
127.0.0.1 registeridm.com
127.0.0.1 www.registeridm.com
127.0.0.1 secure.registeridm.com
127.0.0.1 internetdownloadmanager.com
127.0.0.1 www.internetdownloadmanager.com

127.0.0.1 mirror.internetdownloadmanager.com
127.0.0.1 mirror2.internetdownloadmanager.com

Now save and close the host file.

Now we have blocked all the websites of idm, we can verify this by pinging any of the above websites

Now go to the Internet download manager > Registration > Registration

Enter your registration details and any one of the following Serial number
